Happy Memorial Day Weekend! Thank you to all that have served and our thoughts and prayers are with those that made the ultimate sacrifice and for their families that carry on their memory.
Bailey is 13 months old today and a bundle full of energy. She loves to run and play chase, shake her booty to the beat, climb all over things, do somersaults, kick and throw the ball and be swung high in the air. Needless to say, she keeps us on our toes! She is a major book worm and will bring her favorite books to you to read until you have them memorized...her favorite at the moment is Curious George and You're Not My Mermaid. She has lost most of her shyness and loves to give everyone her famous princess wave. She also takes after her Daddy and Gigi and is quite the chatterbox...especially at the grocery store where she loves to exercise her vocals (something about that produce section). She gives the best snuggles and we are soaking them in, well, except for Tequila who tolerates them. She is very curious (like her favorite book character) and loves to get into anything and everything so if there is ever a quiet moment...look out! She still loves the outdoors and with all the rain we've been having, splashing around is one of our favorite things to do! We are having so much fun with her and love to watch her grow and explore so we thought we would continue to share her adventures.
Last weekend we decided to clean out our closets and host a garage sale with Grandma! Bailey loves treasure hunting at garage sales around town so she wanted to get in on the action and try her hand as a sales girl. She even baked her Ultra Famous Chocolate Chip College Fund Cookies and set up a stand. Her princess waves and sweet smiles definitely won over the crowd and we have a good start to her college fund and our basement remodel fund!

When you love to dress up as a strawberry, it would only be natural to love to eat them. And what better way than to go to a farm and pick them ourselves! We decided to stop by Gieringer's Orchard to pick some fresh strawberries, and our little strawberry had way too much fun (and got busted eating them).

This year, I had so much fun celebrating my Birthday with my two favorite people. Brian took a half day so we had lunch at The Mixx, stopped in for some gelato, took some pics with both my babies and then a date night Birthday dinner at Cooper's Hawk. Couldn't ask for a better Birthday!

May always means a lot of fun with Birthdays, Mother's Day, graduations and celebrations and this year was no different! We got to see a lot of our favorite people this month at Bailey's birthday party and at a get together for Miss Jane and dinner with Miss Marcy!

On another one of Dad's half days, we decided to head to the zoo to see the koalas! We didn't get a chance to see them moving about but we had a lot of fun with the other animals!

We are definitely an active one! We love to run and play all day long. It is rarely a dull day in this household and we love trying to keep up with all her energy!

All this rain has kept us inside for a bit but we still like to get out whenever we can...and if there is a puddle, we are in it! There's nothing more fun than splashing around!

We still think our big brother is the coolest and we love to give him lots of hugs and kisses, which he tolerates as best he can. She loves to share her toys with him, get into his water and food dish, laugh at him while he runs around the house, go on walks to the park and take naps with him. He is such a good brother! We love dogs and love to see them out at the park and even watch videos of them when we are fussy in the car.

We love to make faces and have a ton of expressions, but our favorite at the moment is our smush face. It cracks us up every time she does it which only encourages it!

There is nothing sweeter than a sleeping baby and we don't like to take naps so these moments are very few so we try to capture them as best we can. Poor baby is getting all 4 of her canines in and they have been a little rough, but we will soak up the snuggles as best we can!
