After some good rest, we started the fun part...hanging the dry wall. Luckily the ceiling wasn't too high, so we were all able to chip in while the guys screwed in the sheetrock.
Check out today's progress...

My dad came with a great plan to add wedges to smooth the slope a bit |
Tequila did not like the air compressor and nail gun |
Old drywall and Tequila hunting the rabbits |
Not even an hour in and he's already trying to sleep |
This is one of the most impressive parts |
My dad's cut for the ceiling fan was perfect...no more stereo wire :) |
Not amused...Brian kept sprinkling sheet rock on him |
Last sheet of drywall up...now more screws |
Drywall up and just finished the first layer of mud |
We are so thankful for my parents help and now the hardest part, patience, waiting to sand and do the next layer of mud. This was a lot bigger project than we anticipated but it already looks 100% better!
Now we get a chance to rest and soak our sore muscles. Stay tuned for more updates...
XOXO,
Sara & Brian
